At Verco Wines, we believe great wine starts in the vineyard. Based in the Adelaide Hills, Verco Wines is a passion project built from a genuine love of wine and the stories behind it, with our first vintage now planned for 2027.

Our approach is to seek out quality fruit, build relationships with growers and winemakers, and learn from the land and process before taking steps toward owning our own vineyard in the not too distant future.

At our core, Verco Wines is about patience, curiosity and respect for craft. That philosophy has guided our decision to pause our initial vintage and take the time to get the foundations right. With our liquor licence approved, fruit and winemaking relationships secured, and the groundwork behind the brand now complete, our focus is firmly on preparation and learning ahead of our first vintage.

From vineyard ambition to bottle, we aim to celebrate the diversity of South Australia’s wine regions through wines made for real moments, not just special occasions.
